About the event
Day 1: Building the Foundation - noon - 3 pm
Participants will explore the importance of video in today’s digital marketing strategy. As a small, intimate workshop, each attendee will receive customized advice tailored to their business needs. The day begins with an overview of essential videography principles required for producing high-quality content, including how to adjust settings for optimal video performance. A presentation will cover affordable gear options to simplify the content creation process. The day concludes with an overview of legal considerations every business owner must understand before publishing video content.
Day 2: Fieldwork and Practice - 3 - 5 pm
Participants will apply what they’ve learned by shooting video in City Park, testing the gear discussed on Day 1. This hands-on session will help them practice techniques and capture video footage that will be used during the final day.
