By signing below, the Client (“Company”) grants QuickFlip Media and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents, the right to use, edit, publish, and distribute any content, including but not limited to photographs, videos, logos, graphics, testimonials, and other materials created for or in collaboration with the Company.

This content may be used in, but is not limited to:

• Portfolio & case studies

• Social media promotions

• Website content

• Marketing and advertising campaigns

The Company acknowledges and agrees that:

1. QuickFlip Media retains ownership and rights to use all materials created unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

   
   

2. The Company is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, releases, or legal clearances from individuals featured in the content, including employees, clients, or models.
